3. Cancellation Policy

6. WhatsApp Store Transactions

inn.my.id only provides tools for displaying products and redirecting transactions via WhatsApp.

We are not responsible for:

  • Payments between users and customers
  • Product delivery
  • Product quality
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers

Refunds for such transactions must be handled directly between the parties involved.


7. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate our Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in prohibited activities

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
